Front door was warped and would stick to open and close. Also did not align properly with the door latch on inside panel resulting in the door having to be pulled up to align, and lock, and reverse process to unlock the door. I have called a company to provide me with an estimate to fix. Two contractors showed up to assess the door and after about 30 minutes, they told me that the whole door, transom and two sidelights needed to be replaced. A day later, I received and estimate for approximately $7K to $9K depending on which products we choose from their inventory. I thought this was a little too high to spend and I intended to obtain at least one more estimate form another company. I then decided, what the heck, I can fix this. Low and behold, I fixed it and it cost me TEN BUCKS!!! This is Jane Avjean. I am not licensed contractor, but I believe I'm better than one. The proof is in the pudding my friends :)
