CHANGE THE CAPACITOR for about $20. The fan motor does not contain the capacitor as I say in the video. It is a separate part that looks like a cylinder in the side of the unit. It contains a high voltage so be careful with it. Always turn off the power before resetting the air conditioner. Air conditioner won't turn on. I pushed the reset button and spun the fan and it started. The fan motor can be replaced too as it is a moving part, but is about $100. Or you can just replace the capacitor if you want to save some money. You should turn off the power before pushing the reset button. The capacitor is cheap and not hard to replace and is easy for a do it yourself guy as you just unscrew and plug in a new one. I am not a professional.
