00:00:40 1 - Turn the water supply to the toilet off by turning the valve in a clockwise direction

00:01:50 5 - Pry the caps from the washers at the base of the toilet using a flat head screwdriver
00:02:03 6 - Remove the nuts from the bolts at the toilet base using a wrench
00:02:25 7 - Place the nuts, washers, and caps where you will be able to find them when the time comes to put the toilet back in place

00:02:53 9 - Lift the toilet off of the floor and set it down on a blanket, a piece of cardboard or in the bathtub
00:03:07 Part 2 Replace the Seal and Reinstall the Toilet

00:03:44 3 - Lift the toilet and set it back on top of the flange, using the bolts as guides for placement
00:04:03 4 - Put the washers over the bolts and thread the nuts onto the bolts
