How to fix "plugged in, Not Charging" error for Dell Laptop

The other day, one of my laptop computers started giving the error, "plugged in, not charging". There are many different things that can cause this including a bad power supply or bad battery, to no power on your power socket, to plugs not plugged in properly. In my case a grommet on the computer power supply was broken causing the power cable wires to start flexing and breaking. I this video I show step by step how to fix this issue with a hot glue gun little hot glue.
